Before his current role, Jai Pal held positions with Harley‑Davidson India, Honda Cars India, and Terex Corporation, delivering measurable improvements in logistics efficiency, service levels, cost performance, and new‑product supply chain readiness across India and Southeast Asia.
An alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a trained mechanical engineer, Jai Pal brings a pragmatic, executive perspective on how automotive supply chains must evolve to remain resilient, agile, and competitive in today’s environment.
