Luis León joined Ascent in May 2023 as Vice President of Sales for Mexico, where he leads commercial strategy and growth across key verticals, including Mobility, Industrial and Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Life Sciences. He brings over 20 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, having held senior roles at DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, and TRAXIÓN.

Throughout his career, Luis has built a strong track record in sales, operations, customer service, and freight forwarding. At Ascent, he is responsible for shaping the go-to-market approach in Mexico and works closely with clients to develop tailored logistics solutions that address complex supply chain challenges and drive long-term success.

Luis holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and postgraduate studies in finance from UNITEC, along with a Key Account Management certification from the University of San Diego. He is based in Querétaro, Mexico. Outside of work, Luis enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passions for golf, swimming, cycling, travel, and music.
