Dominik Birth-Ruszczynski is Director of After Sales, APAC, at Volkswagen Group Regional After Sales (VRAS), based in Singapore. Over 20+ years with the Volkswagen Group, he has built deep expertise in automotive parts logistics and supply chain operations at global scale.
Before moving to Singapore in 2023, Dominik led the logistics steering function at Depot Kassel, managing 33 external warehouses (~1.2m m²) and their 3PL partners—a network serving approximately 80% of VW's worldwide parts supply chain.
At VRAS, he now applies this global supply chain expertise to the APAC region, driving transformation across 19 markets and managing a regional distribution network from regional parts warehouse in Johor Bahru, Malaysia (PTP).
